HIIT BOOTCAMP
Imagine sweat pouring off of your body and feeling a burst of energy! Or how empowered you feel when you break a mental or physical barrier. Our trainer led HIIT Bootcamp classes can be modified for all levels and you never see the same workout twice. Our experienced personal trainers will also coach you on form and technique. Classes are Mondays - Thursdays at 5:15am, 6am, Noon, 4:45pm, 5:30pm & 6:15pm.

I'm Jake Snowden, Owner of Club Fit located in the Riverdale District of Little Rock, Arkansas. We are a local family owned fitness center who supports our community and cares about each client's individual success. My approach to fitness is centered around creating a gym that focuses on individual development through creative, fun and challenging workouts our members can enjoy in a clean functional environment.
When you join the Club, you will see me in the gym interacting with members, teaching HIIT Bootcamp classes, and personal training with my clients. Whether your goal is to become an internationally recognized bodybuilder, or to lose weight, build muscle, and become more active – we are the fitness center that will give you the tools to succeed. At any age or stage of life, I encourage you to never stop moving your body.
